When you get the car key get in and start it. The key is at the magnet and you have to go to the top and then throw something inside a contraption that generates the magnet and the key with other items, will drop and you have to jump to a room filled with boxes and open the door then find the green key near the magnet. Make your way up and interrupt what is pulling you, then jump to your way to success.
